The new Brooks Ghost Max 2 Men's Running Shoe delivers enhanced protective cushioning that offers a unique balance of rubber, air and a lighter foam running from heel to toe for smoother transitions. This updated version of the Ghost Max 2 has an increased cushioned feel with a nitrogen-infused DNA Loft foam version 3. A super stable ride, the secure fit and broad base will keep your foot comfortably in place while the GlideRoll Rocker promotes transitions that will propel you forward effortlessly. This neutral shoe is great for running or walking, as it helps absorb impact to protect your feet.

SIZING ADVICE


It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.




Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
