The crash pad in the heel is made from a softer foam compound to dissipate impact forces effectively, shoes supination running.

The adidas Solar Glide 3 is the ideal road running shoe for everyday use. It's cushioning and flexibility means it will energise and stabilise your running, mile after mile. The outsole has been designed to be flexible and allow a more natural movement in your foot as well as giving great traction in all conditions. The mesh upper is extremely breathable and stretches with you while the Fitwing tongue extends along and around the foot for added support. Features include stitched-in reinforcement on the breathable mesh upper, providing targeted support. A supportive heel structure and a stability rail to guide your stride.

It's normal for your feet to swell slightly when running, especially over longer distances. We recommend ensuring your running shoes have enough room to account for this and to allow your toes to spread comfortably, by leaving approximately a thumbs width of space between the end of your longest toe and the front tip of the shoe. This will help to reduce the risk of bruised toenails, blisters or numbness.




Running shoe sizes can vary slightly from brand to brand but we generally advise wearing at least half a size bigger than your regular shoe size.
